TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using EdgeCal ("Service"), operated by Plenova Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

EdgeCal is a market analytics and intelligence platform that provides probabilistic analysis of publicly available event contract market data. The Service aggregates data from third-party event contract market platforms, applies proprietary analytical models, and presents the results to users as informational outputs.

EdgeCal does not execute trades, manage funds, custody assets, hold customer deposits, or provide personalized investment advice. EdgeCal is an analytics and research product, not a broker, exchange, money transmitter, or investment adviser.

All content, analytical outputs, edge scores, probabilities, confidence bands, and other information provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on EdgeCal constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.

EdgeCal does not recommend specific trades, positions, or outcomes. Users draw their own conclusions from the analytical outputs and are solely responsible for any decisions they make.

You acknowledge that:

• All decisions you make in reliance on the Service are made solely by you, at your own risk.
• Past performance of any analytical output does not guarantee future results.
• Event contract markets involve substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire principal.
• Analytical outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, model limitations, or outdated information.
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any downstream activity you undertake based on information obtained through the Service, complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The Service is provided as an informational analytics product and is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where event contract market participation is prohibited or restricted. EdgeCal does not operate, endorse, or facilitate access to any third-party event contract market platform, and users are solely responsible for determining whether they may lawfully participate in any such platform.

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Certain features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

Where offered, paid subscription tiers provide access to additional features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees through our third-party payment processor. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

EdgeCal does not hold, custody, or transmit customer funds. Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

EdgeCal analyzes publicly available market data from third-party event contract market platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or responsible for any such platform. Your use of any third-party platform is governed solely by that platform's own terms and conditions, and you are responsible for determining whether your participation in any such platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

If and when the Service offers the ability to connect a read-only third-party account for informational display purposes, such connections will be strictly read-only. EdgeCal will never execute transactions, place orders, move funds, or take any action on your behalf on any third-party platform.

All proprietary analytical models, algorithms, data pipelines, user interface designs, brand elements, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Plenova Labs LLC. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use (or commercial use where expressly permitted by your subscription tier) in accordance with these Terms.

Where offered in the future, programmatic API access will be subject to rate limits, usage quotas, and separate commercial terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any EdgeCal data without prior written permission. Any automated systems you choose to build on top of EdgeCal data are your sole responsibility, and EdgeCal assumes no liability for their output or behavior.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely analysis, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous. Analytical models may produce incorrect outputs.

Our publicly displayed accuracy metrics (Brier scores, win rates, historical performance statistics) reflect past results only and are not indicative of future results. EdgeCal maintains a verification layer that timestamps analytical outputs for audit purposes, but this verification layer speaks only to when an output was produced, not to its predictive accuracy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLENOVA LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any trading decisions made based on information from the Service;
• Unauthorized access to your account or data;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service's analytical output;
• Any third-party conduct or content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plenova Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activity.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts of Broward County, Florida or the federal courts located in the Southern District of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, you and Plenova Labs LLC agree that any dispute shall be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
