Plenova Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida ("Company," "we," "us"), operates EdgeCal ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

• Email address (via our authentication provider)
• Account preferences and notification settings

If and when the Service offers optional features such as third-party account connections, messaging integrations, or paid subscriptions, we will collect only the minimum information required to operate those features and will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We implement row-level security, HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, strict access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. Authentication tokens are handled by our identity provider and are never stored in plaintext.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we apply industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the following categories of third-party service providers that may process limited personal data on our behalf:

• Identity and authentication provider — Email-based account authentication
• Database and backend infrastructure provider — Encrypted storage of account data
• Hosting provider — Web hosting, edge delivery, and serverless functions
• Payment processor — Processing of subscription payments (where offered)
• Product analytics provider — Aggregated usage analytics to improve the Service

Each third-party provider is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing commitments. We select providers that meet reasonable security and compliance standards.

To support the integrity and auditability of our published accuracy statistics, EdgeCal may publish cryptographically verifiable records of analytical outputs to a tamper-resistant public verification layer. These records contain only non-personal analytical metadata (such as the market identifier, the timestamp, and the model's probability estimate). They do not contain, and are never linked to, any personally identifiable information about any user of the Service.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Plenova Labs LLC acts as the data controller for your personal information. We process your data on the following lawful bases: (a) performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service, and (c) your consent where required.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
